A UGC template is useless for MVS carts.... They need shockbox covers which you can get high res covers already for almost all games released and unreleased.

Just fyi.
2 + 3 = 23

which size should I make for the covers then it would not be the size of the UGC of 3366x2100 pixels at 300dpi?

This is what tiktetak is referring to:

You can purchase a pre-printed insert to go along with your shockbox, or if you already have shockboxes, you can download a PDF of any insert to print your own.

If you were in the market to design some new inserts for MVS, I'd download a sample shockbox insert and use that as a guide, as anyone needing MVS covers will probably use them, unless they are keeping them stored in the original cardboard kit boxes if they have them, or meet in the middle of shockbox and MVS kit box with a neominibox, which I've always been a huge fan of:

And here's a great comparison shot of the most popular ways to store MVS carts (compared to the AES snaplock case):

A lot of the covers on Southtown are quite poorly done and rather drab so I ended up doing my own.

If your going to go with the Southtown inserts, I recommend grabbing the covers made by LeGeek. His are the best overall quality wise.

Also, the designer of the neominibox at one point in time was also offering "front art stickers" as opposed to just the spine stickers, which I thought looked pretty slick:

And even threw a standard Neo Geo mini marquee sized sticker with the mini marquee art on the back

Looks like a higher quality version of the standard "MVS as AES" template. At the moment it's quite plain,  I think picking some more engaging fonts for your heading text on the back would be a good start in regard to spicing things up a little bit.

Yeah I'm clear on the difference mate, I thought these were AES style inserts for MVS shockboxes?

I'm confused about something .. the neo-geo games for home console, not fit standard 3366x2100 pixels UGC?

If have understood correctly the carts are too big to fit in the UGC itself

Not even close, the carts are bigger than the UGC itself.

I await comments to define details or leave the template so ..

Personally, I never liked how the original US Neo Geo made the "meg count" such a huge priority, and the art less of one.  I'm a huge fan of the original art used on the Japanese releases.  My entire Neo Geo collection is Japanese releases, and I've scanned in all of the inserts and you can check them out here:

Garou Mark of the Wolves is probably one of my favorite game covers ever (the bold colors and art design, with the original Garou probably being my second favorite).  Samurai Spirits Zero is probably one of my favorite manuals ever (though, one of my least favorite covers, though, I did like how it was one seamless piece of art front and back).

Yea, this isn't my photo, but a good comparison on cart sizes:

And the AES games are twice as thick as US SNES and NES games (you'll notice in the photo, the SNES and NES game are stacked on top of others to meet the AES depth).
