Come on,  give the guy a break.  No need to start reporting him for a message that actually made everyone laugh.  If it continues by all means, but come on, not like it was unprovoked.  Reporting him could affect his busIness, and that's not good in this climate.(even though he has accused you of something you haven't done)

That is their BBB page, and you should file a complaint about the issue with the game, how they pulled an item from sale as you were buying the item.

I am not disregarding how hard the guy works or the fact that he needs to make a profit I just more so saw the opportunity to poke fun at him due to the way he treated me, the customer. Not like its causing any harm. That said apparently its pissing him off.

- Also, his own lack of ebay knowledge, when you can EASILY auto-decline all offers beneath a certain price, which he should have done 65 offers ago. lol

As far as going back into the shop per his request, I literally passed through town today and was tempting but I'm not a vengeful person.... would have been funny to see look on his face tho.

Im not going to take it any further that it has gone, no need for BBB etc or even ebay complaints. Hopefully he learned his lesson to either make sure he prices items accordingly or stick to the price he gives customer as well as positive customer service.

I think we should back off now, he does seem like a bad business owner, and he handled the situation poorly and unprofessionally, esspesaly with the Democrat line, and does deserve some slight bugging, but the BBB or eBay complaints is probably too far, and there might be some penalty at you for starting the offer spamming.

but it's not like he is trying to mark it up more than it is worth. If the game was "Super Mario Bros./ Duck Hunt", I'd support the badgering more, I wonder if the employee who put it out there got in any trouble after this.

You probably have something with the mispriced merch, you are supposed to sell it for the advertised price, It was in the $10 bin, I was in a FYE once and there was some $30 headphones, there was a sign saying $20 and comes with a free pair of in earbuds. When I tried to buy it they said the sign was old (There was no Offer good till whenever on it BTW) but after some discussion I got the sale.

I think it is best to let it pass.

Wow, that last sentence pisses me off, not just because its politically charged, but it's just so ignorant. I can't stand people who think that only people who vote republican have jobs. This country has been divided politically for the past 20 decades or more, and they assume everyone not like them is evil, and want a hand out, and obviously vote democrat. I am a registered republican, and those people give people like me a bad name.
