Club Nintendo Rewards?

Anybody know how often they update the rewards with new stuff? or roughly when I can see what I can possibly get with the 2014 Platinum membership? (Little pissed I cant get the Zelda Soundtrack from last year)

2014 platinum stuff won't be announced until next year.  As for platinum status, did you receive enough coins already to reach platinum?

ya. I went from 0-610 without realizing it wasn't going to help me get the Zelda Soundtrack until I hit around 450 points.
I have 1 more 10 point survey to do.  I also noticed all the stuff they have for points....kinda suck..

Yea it kinda sucks right now, hopefully they will get a couple high coin items for me to aim for. Glad I got the game and watch when I did.

Yeah, my guess is there isn't going to be anything cool to spend our points on just yet. Most of what was good that was left probably got bought up by members trying to spend coins that would have expire. I'm hoping their going to introduce some new stuff to pick from for 2013/14 cause Ive got a decent stash of points to spend but there never seems to be too much worth while!

I agree, i have all the cool stuff i want (Game & Watch 1 and 2, Game & Watch Ball, game downloads, super duper multi-case).
 
I wish they would throw something cool on there again, i spend my points on meaningless VC games now so they don't expire

Wait, the coins expire? How long after you earn them? Or is it yearly?

Just looked it up.  Was surprised it was easy to find.  It says 2 club nintendo years.  That's not bad.  But I'm in the same boat with you guys, I wish something really cool went up there.  Nobody has an idea of when they might put a new regular reward in the catalog?

if its any inclination of how crappy the nintendo club platinum rewards have been lately I fully expect there to be less physical items and more digital crap for coins. Lame Nintendo

Most of the rewards have always been some small piece of useless crap.
Small Bags, Wii Mote straps and boxes, Cards, Notebooks, Shoelaces, and Screen Savers.
With Calenders, Shirts, Patches and Posters being the best of them.
VC games are nice.
This years rewards for Gold and Silver are crap, Most of it can be found elsewhere.

There are some expensive things, currently sold out.

I have Game And Watch Collection 1(DS), Grill-Off With Ultra Hand (Wiiware), Paper Mario (WiiVC), The Mario Hat, and the Stature of Mario Characters, got this one from a friend after fixing his PC at his birthday party, There is a BB Gun bullet hole in the box.
I may get the Game And Watch Collection 2 and Ball off eBay.

Ya, like I've mentioned in an different thread, I'm a little upset about it, I finally got enough points to get game an watch 2 an they don't have it anymore? Seriously I checked it a week before and they had it in stock. Blows my mind. I don't want any of thier other crap on there.

I'm just curious because last week they brought back game and watch collection 2 (which I was lucky enough to grab in the 2 days it was in stock) and have already gotten it today and its been like a month since I ordered my platinum reward which was the Zelda cd set.

They don't ship the platinum awards until the end of the year.
We'll probably get it in December some time.
Nintendo will send you an email when it ships.

Well there is something new in the rewards. It's a Luigi figure. I want it. But it's way more coins than I have.
