Retro Deckades:
Good luck, larryinc64. Be sure to update us!
palmer6strings:
Worthless people man. I hope it all gets resolved, let us know what you get back!

Also, ever figure out the problem to the model 1 SS?
sheep2001:
Not a good idea to bring TCP into the mix on that one.  Regardless of who filed the complaint, not all press is good press.

I debated if I should bring it up or not, but I'm guessing the message is going to some lower level customer support employee at box, maybe some guy in India, and they probably would not care about what we do here, just some back story to what was in the folder.

Not yet, the lazer might be dead though. Not caring too much though, it was $4, the chords were worth that much, so I'm at least in the green.

My covers will just be temporarily unavailable. If anyone wants a cover, I can PM over a link to it. I'll wait until I get a PM back before publicly uploading new covers, maybe I'll re-upload them with a password, and people will have to PM me to get it, that could shift out some case resellers.

Noone should ever mention TCP in such a mail larry. That could backfire at us pretty easily believe me. You know the more we stay under the radar the better for us.

Especially since you mention that Nintendo and Sony and such got no problems with wqhat we are doing here. *ugh* Imagine what would happen if the person who reads your complaint thinks, "Oh well he says it's okay with the copyright holders. I hope we didn't delete his files wrongly. Hmm. Maybe I'll ask my superior what to do." His superior get's a memo about yopur complaint and thinks. "Oh well if this customers says this site is supported by the big three, amybe this strange TCP thing as sponsored by big N or Sony." That could be a problem for us if we took down those files, becuase we did it before as well and if those covers are endorsed by those big companies we could get trouble for just removing them. Maybe it would be better to check back with some representative from Nintendo or Sony which is in charge of copyrights." Boom!!!!! TCP is closed a week later. ;)

Just a worse case scenario but such shit happens.
