Attached is a screenshot of the DMCA takedown notice and information that Box received, this is the information that they have to provide for us to make a takedown.

The DMCA sets out a framework that we at Box follow. If you think that your content was misidentified or removed in error, the DMCA gives you the opportunity to send us a counter-notice. To be considered, per the DMCA a counter-notice must include the following (see 15 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3)):
· A physical or electronic signature (typing your name suffices)
· Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which material appeared before the takedown (the description from the takedown notice suffices)
· A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material
· Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (if in the United States) or for any judicial district in which Box may be found (if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who issued the takedown notice or their agent
Upon receipt of a counter-notice that meets the above requirements, we will forward a copy of it to the original submitter of the takedown notice. Unless the submitter gives us notice within 10 business days that they are seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material at issue, we may replace or cease disabling access to the material that was removed.

The Oglio Entertainment Group, That's Beatallica's Label, I have done some art and animation for Beatallica, that used songs from them, but I got permission form the band Beatallica, and when I was done with the cartoons they were going to be posted on the Oglio channel.
But that folder, or even the entire BOX account contained nothing by or relating too Beatallica.
Submitting a repeal or whatever. I think I'm also going to shoot a message over to Beatallica.
