So I was looking at my DS cases and thought to myself, i am really annoyed with how the cart is shaking around in it.  I cut the corners of the DS slot too thin so the GBA/GB carts shake around in it.  I took the case and cut out the DS slot all together.  Then I hit up the new hobby shop in town (yes we never had one before) and picked up some 'funky foam'.  I cut them 5x4.5 inches and measured out the game cart on the foam and cut a hole for them.
Here are a few pics of my end result of what they look like.

the foam on the side of the case is some extra that I used to fill it in.  Hey I'm on a budget right now being poor and all.

Draw back is there is now a hole in the case that you can feel from the plastic outside.  I might get some really thin foam and use it to fill that in.  We will see, maybe a test for another day.

If you glue some black paper behind the cart hole it'll look ok.

I was thinking about doing that, but I think thin black foam would have a nice solid feel to it.  I didn't have any scrap paper laying around for some of the stuff.

if your looking for something more sturdy to cover the hole, try some thin plastic. (like an old Soda bottle)

Everytime I see these eco-cases, I keep wondering why people having made dual sided covers to take advantage of them, with up to three different artworks in the arrows...

final fantasy theatrhythm is a good example of this. For every little hole on the inside case they have little portraits. I believe kid Icarus does too.

That would be a decent idea to do.
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!

Starfox 64 3D had it too.
