I've looked all over and I can't find a cover for this one game. 
its "Life, Yahtzee, Payday" on the same cart.

For some reason those DSI 3 pack games are kinda hard to find.

It was on the game boy advance.  Never heard if it before but I found it for .50, so can't complain I guess
