Why not go with the same logo from the SNES box art? I would imagine had it been released on genesis, the box art would have probably be much of the same as the SNES box art, just adapted to the Genesis template.
And I gotta say, this might be a rare case where I actually prefer the Genesis version over the SNES version when both games are essentially the same. Gameplay and graphics wise, everything seems to be pretty much the same, but the soundtrack sounds so much better on the Genesis. I didn't really play past the first level, but I noticed the Genesis version seemed to have much more bump to it which I really liked.
