Paper Cutter
Blueprint:
I used to use a metal ruler and xacto knife but now just use scissors, just take your time doing it.

And it works like a charm. I don't print my covers to full size, either, so I have two sides to trim to make a 1/4" border around the whole cover, and this thing is a wonder.

I would love to have one of these, but I just couldn't justify the price. For that I could pick up a good cart. Wish I would run into one at a yard sale but that hasn't happened yet.

You don't want to do that, those things are sharp! ;D
But if you don't have a lot of covers to print out and cut up it's probably overkill. I have just a hair under 500 covers printed so to me, it's a big time saver.

I probably have 50+ snes commons to case, waiting on the onion cases to tackle my NES, will probably wait for onion for genesis/handhelds/etc even though i know that will be some time. I'm pretty much just casing the expensive carts as I get them right now.

Ive used the same 10$ (off amazon) slide cutter for all my cases. Is it 100% perfect, no, but its pretty damn close
