What happens to my requests?

I've requested a few covers here and provided good flat box scans for them (Microsoft 6 in 1 for GBC, 4 in 1 GT for GBA, and Tony Hawk DJ for GBA) They turned out great when I printed them out and put them in DS cases.

Why are they not listed? Should I upload them myself?

Quick checked 6in1 and front too low quality as are screenshots and logos.
Good yes, perfect no = not added at current state.

Well, How can I increase quality to make it more suitable?

Title logos redone, screenshots recaptured and replaced.
Additional cleaning (front has dents showing, back has pixel or dirt lines behind back text, the texts saying Game Boy Color screens has lighter patches in it).
Microsoft logos need to be replaced with sharp clean ones.

Front image would need to be fixed.
Probably rescanned with moire removal on, or moire removed with some kind of high fancy filter.
Anyway beyond my skills.
Front image also bit out of focus (right upper side, under the title.
Front Swing logo needs replacing.

That's going way beyond my skill set too.
I could do a higher scan with the dithering option set to smooth out the dots in the face though.
