I did poke at the manual, but did not see that, So I guess I'll have to get the USB dongle. Looks like Power Plaid Plays recordings wiill have to be pushed back.

If you got any questions about the laptop, feel free to ask, so far, minus the Mic issue, I love it. I got it custom ordered from Lenovo, so I can get the highest specs posable.
It runs 1080p video, It runs Minecraft alright high setting but lowish frame rate, 15 - 25, but on normal settings runs very smoothly, Portal works well, slow down a bit depending on where portals are, but runs on high settings. Photoshop works fast. Speakers are ok, not much bass, can use dual monitors, may be able to use 3 with HDMI, VGA, and the screen. Pen works very well, but is a bit bad towards the edges of the screen depending on the angle of the pen, finger touch works well.

I've already learned alot from the manual. I will buy one too. I like it. You got me addicted  ;D
I will have to get the Ultrabase with it for audio options but that's okay. I really like the system. You have good taste.

I go to bed now. I have to reconfigure a firewall in the morning and reset a wireless network.
Goodnight. Thanks for posting the specs. I will get a 'novo too  :)

Glad I could help you decide  ;D
On a side note . . .
The laptop is on the heavy side, especially with the 2 batterys. Alone its ok. It is manageable, I do not mind that much.

On a positive note, It also has this Ipad type menu thing, that you can drag and toss icons around, and they bump into each other, its kinda fun, and you can load your own icons in it to load programs.

And it supports 2 monitors. I think 3 with the base.

I drew that BG BTW.  :P Main reson I wanted this was for the tablet.

I got to go to sleep too, got summer school tomorrow.

As you can see from the image you supplied, the connector it is expecting has 3 connection points on it.  (it's specifically for a headset/mic combo) Audio out l, audio out r, and mic in.  The standard connection on a mic will be hitting one of those audio out points, therefore the laptop thinks its an output, rather than an input connected.

I would be surprised if the laptop didn't come with this adaptor.  It may look like this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/141/65344m.jpg/
