PS3 Requests - Ratchet & Clank and All-Stars

I recently purchased the PS3 bundle that included PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, as well as the Ratchet & Clank Collection.

Can anyone create PS3 sized covers for these games?  Or at the very least scan their covers for them?  Stupid bundles don't come with cases...

Update: I found a cover for the PS All-Stars on another site that will work.  I just need a hi-res scan of R&C Mel!
