Innovation TV out and backlight?

I have an Innovation TV out installed on one of my GBAs. Will it work in conjunction with the RCG backlight kit?

Has anyone tried?

Opening GBA WILL void the warranty if noticed.

If you buy new one from store, then yes.
I know not many stores sell them anymore but few still exsist.
