I am wondering how the Super Famicom boxes looks like when printed?

I haven't, but Assuming you use one of their 100% cleaned cover, print it on correct carboard and use professional printing I'd assume they should be near perfect copies of the originals (minus the gold seal).

I made a few at my local printshop and they turned out fine. They made the fold lines with a machine so it was easier to put together. Boxes aren't as sturdy than DVD cases I use but they look awesome, I did them for purely for fun. No plans to convert whole collection, since it's quite a bit more expensive and work-intense.
