Pac-Man Namco version Nintendo NES retail RAW Scans or complete cover

Does anyone have this? I have searched the forums and can't find it. I see a number of requests but don't see the cover or raw scans. If someone has this please let me know. Otherwise i will purchase the box and scan it.

I don't think anyone ever got the scans for this.  If you do get scans for it, I'll gladly put the cover together! :)

Here's the PAL version if any PAL users wanna buy it and scan it. $33 for a CIB is not bad. Shouldn't be difficult to transform into the US version. There is also a US version on eBay for $53...
