I made this for the Ultra Violet hack of Pokemon Fire Red.

Question: Is the hack any good? Have any info about it? Did they ever put it on a cart?

Yes, the hack is fantastic.  I'd say it's the only Pokemon hack truly worth playing.  Basically everything you want from a Pokemon game, ie: all the Pokemons and evolutionary forms without having to trade or do anything annoying like that.

And yes, there's a guy over at Nintendo Age that can put it on a cart, however I don't think he's doing mass orders yet.  You could always ask around on their forum though, it is quite doable, and not even that expensive as far as repros go.

Just for fun, I ordered all of the Pokemon hacks I could find. I have about 10 or 11 of them coming in within a few weeks.

 If you guys would like I could scan them in? I won't host them here though.

 Maybe Shenske could do more sweet covers for the fakes? (I absolutely dig your covers).

i bought 2 clones in the past one was Fire Red and the other one was Ruby. for me they work but the clock based events dont work and when it boots it says something about the last save will be loaded. Not sure about the hacked roms turned into carts. it just those hacked ones are just fun to have

I wouldn't mind learning how to dump ROMs onto carts, wouldn't mind making my own copy of ultraviolet.
