Laptop Suggestions?

After some looking around, I found that the Lenovo ThinkPad X230t Convertible Laptop has most of what I need.

Screen on the smaller side, but seems like it would be a good price.
Has most of my wants though:
Convertible Tablet
Windows 7
Powerful parts n' shit

The site has some custom options to really beef up the laptop. In the end it will probably be between $1500 and $2000, but in the end it will be a good laptop.

If anyone has any other ideas, I'm probably going to buy it in a few weeks or so. Need to save up some more money from work, and I'm going to consult my more tech savey friend on this to now what exactly to get.

What the hell does the Fingerprint Reader do? Its $20, hell I'm getting it.  ;D

Thanks everyone.

That's just an alternative for loging in. Instead of typing a password you just swipe your finger. I've got one on my work laptop (Acer TravelMate 5530) and it works quite well.

If they are still gluing parts into these like they were originally, then I'm sorry, I'd agree.  The lenovo can be upgraded to a SSD easily, and with no real issues.  Meanwhile, the only MacBook Air I've known that was owned by somebody, you weren't even able to upgrade RAM, since it was literally glued into the computer.

I don't have anything against Apple/Mac.  I won't use it, because I don't like it.  But they definitely need to fix their issues with that if they haven't already...

You cam get a SSD in the laptop above, but its a bit expensive, 256GB for $440 more. compared to 500GB standard.

I'm not the biggest Apple fan ether, There computers are more Idiot Proof than PCs, so they are less customizable hardware wise. I also think they are overpriced for what they can do.
I also do not like the look of Windows 8, why is every other Windows OS crap?

I'm getting 1 stick of DDR3 8GB ram, and a friend is giving me 4 more GB.

My specs will be:
Intel Core i7-3520M Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz)
Windows 7 Professional (64 bit)
8 GB DDR3 - 1600MHz (1 DIMM) (Plus 4GB DRR3 after I get it for a total of 12GB)
IntelĀ® HD Graphics 4000
6 Cell Internal and External batteries

I want:
A convertible Laptop, one of thous lap tops with the flip around screen that you can use as  a tablet.
A Windows 7 OS
Good amount of ram
64 bit
13-15 Inch screen

I Want To:
Animate in Flash
Use Photoshop
Edit video
Play some games like: Mineraft, Portal, Gary's Mod, Skyrim, Sims
Attach a USB capture card for game play commentaries

My budget for this is large, so they can be expensive.
I was thinking This But I'm unsure.

Does it need to be a laptop? Why don't you just build your own desktop if you have the funds, and not bother wasting your money on a laptop?
