Never trust E3 "in-game" footage.

Just finished watching the E3 Nintendo Direct. Disappointed that the new Mario announced was Super Mario 3d World and not another 64, Sunshine, or Galaxy type world. Excited for Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, DKC: Tropical Freeze, X, TW101, & Bayonetta 2.

Anyone going to any of the Best Buy's that are doing the Nintendo Experience? I will be going to the one in Emeryville, CA. It looks like the only games available to play are LoZ: WW HD, Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3d World, & DKC: TR according to the best buy website; so I am a little disappointed that I wont be able to play TW101.

I would've preferred something original. SM64 was for the N64, Sunshine for the GCN, and Galaxy for the Wii. The Wuu should have gotten something new and unique. As much as I would want another Sunshine or Galaxy, I would have been disappointed if they were in instead of something new.

Thing is, I do not like Super Mario 3D land. I do not like isometric plat formers. You go 3D or stick to 2D.

Agreed on the isometric view, but I think it worked ok on the 3DS due to it being a smaller approach to a full 3d Mario.

I agree with you, I want something new as well. I only meant a Mario with the world sizes as Sunshine, or Galaxy as well as an overworld(I am assuming their will be no overworld like 3d Land, I could be wrong though.)

I feel that 3d Land worked well on the 3DS, but I feel like I am getting lesser game similar to New Super Mario Bros. U when you translate that game to the Wii U. I think we should be getting something much larger and grander on the Wii U to take advantage of the hardware in comparison to the 3DS. It only looks like they added multiplayer, a kitty suit, and new levels. This just feels like a game to hold people over while they make a grander Mario game, but I don't even know if that game is in development or not.

No Dragon Quest VII localization for North America was announced, I feel sad. At least Final Fantasy XV will be localized...

Wasn't DQ7 already localized on the PS1?

Indeed, I do have it. I'm talking about the remake for the 3DS.

Just watched the new Super Smash Bros. trailer, and I'll say one thing: Who the hell thought that those titles were a good idea? Super Smash Bros. for Wii U? Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS?

I mean, come on...

I've convinced myself that those titles are still tentative. After all, why would they go the stupid route of not giving their 4 title a subtitle like the previous ones? This isn't a movie, and Nintendo's never restarted a franchise's title before.

Just bought an Ouya. Hopefully it ends up being worth it (and at 100 bucks, it's hard to imagine that I won't get my money's worth with very little effort).

I ordered one as well. I dont have a powerful cell phone and Have often wanted to play some android based games.  So I  fingered what the heck I ll give it a go.

Donkey Kong and Punch-Out!! ... Arguably Mario Tennis (they took the 's out after the VB release)

I don't disagree, I'm 95% sure it's just a tentative title, I just feel like being contrary. ;)
