How to Print real NES, SNES, N64 Game boxes

Pages: (1/1)

Patrick:

I was woundering if its possible to print NES, SNES, N64 or other consoles that used boxes for their games and where do you actual print it and what kind of cardboard is used.  I have a almost complete N64 games with there boxes, mainly since I kept them when I bought them, but for the NES and SNES, maybe 4-5.  Looking at the box it looks like they used poster board paper.  The next question would be, Where to Print it?  Also the white poster board paper has a glossy side and a dual side and is really cheap at Walmart.

Also if anyone is using the standard printing paper for your DVD case art, I use glossy photo paper,  that really makes it look like a store bought one if your willing to spend the extra money and would recommend a table cutter instead of sissors.

Arseen:

Yes it's possible, you just need to do or find correct template.
Then just insert art and stuff.

I'd use about 300g/m3 cardboard with one side semiglossy white and other side bare gray (like the real ones).

I'd get them professionally printed so the colors would stay better.

And scans of the ones we are missing are where... ;)

I think he meant almost all of his N64 games are boxed not a complete set and I'm pretty sure we have scans for all of them anyway if he did have the complete set.

Patrick:

Yeah, I was talking about what Nintendo 64 games I own are all boxed but maybe 3 or 4.  Wasnt saying I owned every N64 game released boxed.  I would need alot of space to own every N64 game and if they were in box, I think their the size of VHS tapes.  But there are people that do just collect to collect, Ive seen a few YouTube videos where people have a huge room of every Single PlayStation and Nintendo games. ;)

Arseen:

OK, but scan those that you have and we miss (if there are any).
