Request: Metal Gear Solid Integral

preferably with the same layout as the USA playstation games..

but i would perfer it to say Metal Gear Solid Integral with NTSC-J listed and the pocketstation support listed on the back.

but whatever you decide to do is great.

Actually if anyone could just make the back cover i would be fine and could wing the front cover myself.

Info on the new extras including costumes and first person view, the VR disc & the pocketstation support logo in the info  would be great.
any screen shot showing meryl's codec is necessary.
