I got a Wii with Umbrella Chronicles. Also got God Of War 2, Phantom Hourglass, New Super Mario Bros, and Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations :) Not a bad haul!

  • ...and that's the bottom line
Nice lot :)
I didn't get any games. Knowing that I'd get some money, especially from my grandparents, I bought all my games before Christmas and then brought the money I got on Christmas back to the bank today :) I got Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3 Corruption, Dead Rising, The Darkness and 12 months XBL Gold.
As for actual presents I got a flashy wine-red pajama (Hugh Hefner eat your heart out :) ) a pair of nice pillows and new bedclothes. SO nothing too fancy I guess :)

I didn't get any games for Christmas, but I gave some.

I got to watch the grandkids play with the NES/N64/NGC/PS2 & Dreamcast.

Goldeneye 007 is still a favorite.  (with kids and adults)   ;D

Indeed. Quite a title! As for myself, I didn't get any games for christmas either, but that's mainly because of my age and such. I did however get some money so I'm planning on upping my Wii, seeing as the only titles I have are Wii Sports, Trauma Centre Second Opinion and Metroid Prime 3. I'm wondering if I should go for New Blood or Mario Galaxy.

To KaiserWAVE: Dead Rising is my favorite 360 game, but it's also one of the most frustating. Keep one thing in mind: if/when you die you will retain your level when you start a new game. Use this to your advantage by say, defeating the first few psychopaths and saving the first few survivors, leveling up a bit and then dying on purpose. Doing this will make your stock higher from an earlier point in the game, give you more health, abilities and it will also give you a chance to get use to the game's controls, design and mechanics. I love Dead Rising but its one of the most frustating games. Don't give up!

Yea, I know I am old.....

but I am heading out today to pick up a 2nd GC (for LAN play) and some used games at gamestop.
(Gamestop dropped the price on their refurbished GC's to $29.00) and I already have a broadband adapter I bought for $2.99 and been holding onto.

I finally got a Wii with Mario Galaxy, a Zelda DS Lite and a 1979 Peavey T-60 Guitar (in phenomenal shape for it's age) to replace one that had been stolen back in April.

Other than that, not much.

What else were you expecting with a haul like that?
