This is my haul from the last 2 weeks :

SNES mini! It's the first time I saw one IRL. It was so dirty, I had to do this to it :

I got the SNES from a used store for 30$. I got the games for about 50$ in total from flea markets and Kijiji.
Not the best but still pretty stoked to have a SNES mini :)

How would I even make all that work?  I can't hook up am Scart cable to the Extron ???

Build some SCART to BNC adapters or mod your cables directly.

Oh gawd, no thanks!  The last thing I need is another project :(

Seriously, S-vid on the right TV is seriously underrated, and my TV gets along really nicely with it. Plus, I just splurged (all of 8 bucks) on an HDMI to DVI adapter so now my tele can do everything (except RGB).

Hope he one days does the matching manuals as he originally planned... ;)

Wait, I did? ???

Wiggy was in possession of a rare Donkey Kong Country Competition Cart yesterday for a good 6 hours, until he gave it back.  He could have gotten away with it and I wouldn't have noticed for a good month either, but he's just that awesome =D

Was standing next to his pure awesomeness of a merchandise all day, and let me tell you guys, that White Sega Nomad... THAT was amazing.  Now don't get me wrong, EVERYTHING HE CREATED IS AMAZING, but I was personally upset I didn't buy that damn Nomad.  AAArrrrrgggggggg

Had a great time too! (Despite being way exhausted and on my way to ill).  Don't worry, more, better Nomads are on the way ;)

@Arseen - Smoothimnow's DKC comp cart sat in the wiggy mini SNES for a few hours a the show. Neither were for sale, so it seemed like a good pairing ;) Smooth almost forgot about it, and I offered to just take it off his hands since it's pretty much worthless anyway :P

Here are my pickups from CCAG ;D

100 or so DS cases from Gdubs, 100 black UGCs from Shoothimnow, a few repros that I haven't seen before, turbo everdrive (FINALLY!  Thanks SAG :D), some fun NES games (forgot how awesome Zanac's cover art is!), a fresh Luigi hat (literally fresh. The one I picked up last year is getting pretty worn), and a retro duo that I won for having the best display at the show :D

Oh yeah, the nifty little paintings are care of Shoothimnow's girlie :)

I once came across the nintendolife topic or article about the crazyness there and in it was list of the contents and it listed manuals aswell.
Tried to find it but could not.

Found the article: http://babysoftmurderhands.com/2013/04/nintendo-fans-crush-a-project-to-put-homebrew-zeldas-on-gold-carts/

Might have been just that the article writer assumed the manuals (but where did he get the idea...?, maybe some truth in there)

Yeah, that's got to be a mistake. I seriously can't recall ever planning to do that.  Must have just been something that was assumed by the author or something like that.

That or you're loosing your memory old man. :P
But making the the manual for atleast Parallel Worlds Redone should be easy, I'll see what I can come up with.

Anyway time to hit the hay it's 6:15 AM.

Good night.

It's actually "New Retro Mario Bros". It's a rom hack (with a TON of new graphics) using the SMW engine to reproduce SMB1. It's pretty awesome despite world 3 having a game breaking glitch, so you just have to skip world 3 :/

Hey Wiggy, Star Tropics had a letter that came with the game that had a clue important to getting pass a part. if you are playing it, I suggest looking up a scan on Google.

Arseen, 4 went to someone here.  I won't say who in case he doesn't want folks to know. 2 went to a fellow who was just a good customer and expressed interest really early on. I think he's registered here, but even if so, he's not an active member.

3 went to the Elven kings, 7 went to the Dwarf lords, 9 went to mortal men, and 1 went to the Dark Lord... :D

Bought Akai Katana.
