Request: Crash Bandicoot 1 CD case cover (PS1)

Hey all! I have a loose CD of the aforementioned game and an empty PS1 box. This combines into some TCP action! But there doesn't seem to be a CD case cover on the site, just the backside. Does anyone have the cover lying around or willing to scan one? No matter if it's NTSC or PAL.

But it is terribly low in filesize, making it probably really bad to use =\
