Hello all, found out about the free CS2 thing on here (forgot who posted the link) and I finally have the means to make more decent covers. That being said, I just finished my first one so that'll start the list.
Click on the image for hi-res!

SNES covers - Retail
Bass Masters Classic

The Chessmaster

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (spine edited from Shenske's cover)

NFL Football

Roger Clemens' MVP Baseball

I'll update this post and let everyone know when I finish more (probably in a short while). Enjoy! Comment/Crit welcome.

That's it for now; I'll update this post and let everyone know when I finish more (probably in a short while). Enjoy! Comment/Crit welcome.

Was it easy to use? Could a "no nothing" novice pick up on it?

I'd say quite fast.

Great cover few things to fix though:

- SNS P CH is the correct code.
- There is jump in the edge between front and spine.
- Try to find higher quality screenshots, low quality ruins otherwise excelent cover.

Three minor not manditory things, but which I think make the cover look even nicer:
- move the whole back text 2 gray bars up. if back then looks too empty increase text size a bit.
- Mind you adding empty space between the 3rd and 4th lines of text
- Mind addind space after each line (I mean - 16 levels instead of -16 levels)

Keep up the good work. :)

I have looked around, but those screens were the best I could find. I used them in my older SNES covers which looked nice; maybe I upscaled them too much. Would the slight fuzziness there keep it from making it to the site?

And thanks! I'm working on one for Bass Masters Classic now. Not a fan of filler titles but it's in my collection so it's getting cased :P

Highly likely, but not for me to decide.

100% not required on Verticals so:

Or watch HQ You tube video and when nice screen comes up hit print screen on the keyboard...

Bass Masters Classic added.

Also I fixed the code on Chessmaster. Hopefully the screenshots aren't too fuzzy to be on the site; I've seen far worse that's made it past (Shenske's Final Fantasy covers for PS1 were extremely blurred in areas) but perhaps that's just because the standard has risen since then.

Nice, checking it later.

I'll try to better it when I have time

Always very adviceable to pick on covers of the few members who have power to add covers. ;)

But yes some covers are from time when quality standarts were looser, and PS1 covers are notoriously shit to scan, quality is almost always bad.

Don't get me wrong I love those covers, I just noticed that the logos in the background were distorted. I just picked the first example that popped to my head. The other one that came to mind was Pitfall for GBA.

But yeah point taken :P

Yeah Game Boy sections are the worst.

Roger Clemens' MVP Baseball added. Used the site's raw scans so hopefully everything's in good order.
I don't really care for sport/filler games but like I stated earlier: I have it sitting around so it's getting cased.

I'm churning these out today; got nothing better to do and I'm waiting for this paint to dry on my SNES (can post pics elsewhere if there's interest).

What colors did you decide for your SNES?

It's gold. I'll post a wip in the photo gallery since I need to go out and grab some clear sticker/transfer paper (I'd paint the details on but I suck). I'm not exactly sure if that's the best way to apply the detail but it's what I have to work with. Again, It'll be up in the photo gallery in a bit.

NFL Football added as well as a slightly edited version of this site's Link to the Past cover to suit my own taste. If you want it, it's up there; I'm only taking credit for the tweaked front/spine.
