If nobody has this you can always use the one on gamefaqs, they have a pretty good scan of front and back but it's low resolution (only 72 I think). Also, not sure if you're aware but this is the game that became F-1 Pole Position 64 in the US so you could temporarily use that cover until you get a good scan.
