Playing Games do come first, I just watched about half of the unvailing of the xbox one and quite frankly it just made me want to punch everyone that was talking about it on the tv. I don't give one shit about watching tv and flipping through channels or espn. I mean seriously?! Why?! Games then dvd's/Blu rays. That's all that most people want and all that I want and need. Even with all the claims of piracy, Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo still make so much money off of thier products there shouldn't even be any worry. They don't need all the extra money from "used" games on top of what they've already sold. I mean sure it's cool that all these features are crammed into a pretty sweet looking machine, but the cons are bad enough that this system is going to be a pile of shit and I really hope that they have many problems and lack of sales. I don't care if there is a "good" game coming out for this system, It does not justify buying the system if there is no resale market. I will NOT buy this and support them UNTIL they decide to step back to the way it should be. Truth be told, I have no interest in any of the new systems. There I feel better now. |

So... no backwards compatibility, my digital xboxlivearcade content will NOT carry over (I've spent a few hundred on this shit; I feel like such a sucker now), no used games, and always online. It makes sense now seeing how EA is all buddy buddy with MS and passing the microphone to one another at the presentation. Fuckers. |
