I too think I know which site you mean (TWG) but, no go.

The red cart means it's made from Doom.
Yes it has FX2 chip but no save function.

They did one for me but I had to provide them Winter Gold cart, the only one game that has all 3 things needed:
FX2 Chip, save function and enough ram.
