Apparently the 3 screw carts started being released around '88 across the board. Even early release games from 85-87 were re-released with 3 screws instead of 5. Generally 5 screw are more collectible for completists/purists but it's just a preference. I personally want 5 screws for all my original black label Nintendo released games.

I also have the 3 in 1 Mario/DH/ world class track meet where Mario is in white overalls, i have seen the one that he is in red overalls. I think these could be for the year they were release, the first one were the red ones and then the white ones (1988 i think)

Yeah I have those too. Probably not worth a whole lot but its still neat to have different variations.
