Just checked the 2 you wanted.

The dimensions are correct, so they should print out perfect.

Are you using A4 or Legal size paper? Letter is too small.

Then just set margins to as small as possible, set scaling to 100% and centering on both vertical and horizontal.

Thats weird because all the other covers pinted out well and I used for all of them, ledger size paper, cause here in Mexico don't exist the legal size paper, A4 is fine but I print'em on couche, the kind of paper that is glossy, I preffered that way and couche don't have A4 size.

So in Paint, set the margins to the very small possible, scale image to 100% and center the images, that's all? I'm gonna try it, let you know later if that fix the problem.

Thank you!

Hmmmz, tried to print my first UGC cover (Bomberman 64), with Paint.NET, on A4, but it turned out too large. I tried setting it as Legal paper, but then a lot of the image 'falls off' the paper.

Checked the resolution, that is correct, landscape, decheck the 'fill page' option/“Scale to Fit Media”, borderless enabled, scaling at 100%,  “Full page fax print”. What else can I try (or what is going wrong)?

EDIT:
image size is 3366 x 2100, but the instruction states 3225 x 2156

Check that fit to page is off, and scaling is 100%, margins 0, centering on on both horzontal and vertical.

I've got a Dutch Windows OS here, with 'fill page' I meant 'fit to page'. I didn't select it, so that part should be good. I don't see any options for scaling or margins in this case.
So, the print looks fine at first, but when I cut off the white borders it doesn't in the UGC (because it's too big). Perhaps I should install Photoshop and see if I have some more options there? Only thing I can change at the moment is paper size...
I'll see if I can try an other printer, this is weird! Any special instructions when using A4 paper that I missed?

EDIT:
Tried Letter 8.5x11 now, which fits, but now it's a bit too small...

Not sure about paint.net ... but in Photoshop CS3, i just print them at 98,50% and landscape. That's it. Universal Game Case covers that is.

If you see it in color on your screen, but it prints in B&W you have told your printer to either to print in B&W or you are using B&W printer. ;)

I have two questions, which are preventing me from making any inserts for all these cases I have.

First, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with printers, and new what was causing mine to mess-up and seemingly scratch the print job.

I'm using a Konica Minolta Magicolor 2430DL.

And finally, the images I'm printing from home are all printing out just a tiny bit longer than can fit in the Universal Game Cases.

The height is fine, and exactly the same height from Staples (I can't print there anymore, I got lucky once since I guess the girl was new and printed them for me.)

I've used MSPaint and PS:CC on Win8 with the 2430DL printer, and even MSPaint on Win7 with an Epson XP-410. I've changed the page setting from "Fit to 1 by 1 Page(s)" to "Adjust to: 100% normal size," changed page size to Legal (and using Legal paper,) centered Horizontally and Vertically, and even tried multiple print jobs with the margins set at both 0.5" and 0.1". It's always too long. All the files are 3366x2100 pixels, created or edited using 'Shenske's Universal Sega Template,' and can be found at the BOX link in my signature.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm close to just printing out spines only and using that.

He has a couple videos on printing covers where he uses Paint and Powerpoint.  When I first started printing covers, these videos were very helpful.

The PowerPoint bit is neat. I wonder if Open Office can do that, or if I should shell out some cash for Office. I'll test it, and see if PowerPoint fixes the extra width added. Now I just need to learn about printers lol.

Sounds like the same issue I have  :/
You're printing on A4 paper?

My workaround now is to print on "Letter 8.5x11". A bit too small, but manageable.
