I'd like to request a retail cover for Persona on the PSP. I did search the forums, and found a 2 year old request, but wasn't sure if bumping that topic would get me in trouble, so I made a new request.

I see this all over forums where people are afraid of bumping a topic, why? What is so bad about posting in a topic that has not been posted in for awhile because you have the same question? Personally I would rather see that than a whole new topic asking the same question.

Some message boards frown on posting in old topics, I know of some that would warn and ban people for what they call "necroposting".

oh absolutely. ive been on several forums where if your response on a thread is not immediate and timely, you are accused of post-whoring and then are banned for a week or so. sadly, some of that fear ive carried with me to this forum
