Do any of you guys print out covers for the inside of the cases? I'm thinking about doing it for my UGCs and my DS cases, since they're the clear European ones.

If any of you have done it, it'd be cool to see some pictures! I think it'd look great.

I'm at work but I've done a few. This guy has some pictures of cover he did for himself.

You need very thick paper to do it on one sheet which can be a little expensive and hard to line up exactly in the center on both sides. I have printed on two separate sheets before but then it is too thick and bunches up in the sleeve of the UGC. I know others have done this because I have seen inlays for some titles posted so maybe they can help out better than me. Here's a link to one of them if you wanna try it yourself: http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=11493

That Super Mario 64 one was exactly the picture I was thinking of doing! Awesome! It seems that the download link has expired, though. :(

Oh, I've already printed out the covers for my cases, so I was just thinking of printing the inlays and place them in there as well. I tried doing it in my DS cases and it looked fine.

There are plenty of lighter weight 2-sided papers.  You just need to buy 2-sided paper is all.  A printer that is capable of 2-sided printing will also help out with the justification and whatnot ;)
