Went and Picked up the game from the deport... £14.66 VAT and a £13.50 handling fee for a total of £28.15 for me to get the game I paid for....

anyway here it is

It was much larger than I expected. The artbook is fully in colour with nice illustrations and character profiles.

The CD I'm not sure exactly what it is but I'm guessing its the games soundtrack.

I'll be getting the game up and running on my VITA when my VITA has finished charging.

Some other items did arrive which include my Final Fantasy 6 Strat guide and Musya (SFC).

I am expecting 1 more package to come into the UK and I hope it isn't stopped by customs...

Not really a pickup but took advantage of the Alan Wake sale on XBL

Alan Wake
Alan Wake's American Nightmare
Both DLC packs for Alan Wake

was around 1280 mspoints ($16) but thanks to the Xbox One preorder voucher code, I got the 1200 points for just 5 bucks.

I never played American Nightmare, but the original Alan Wake is a great game. If one of those "15 exclusive titles" for the Xbox One isn't for a real sequel it'll be incredibly dumb of Microsoft. But then again, I have little reason to expect them to make smart moves at this point.
My DS Cover Requests: Anno 1701, A Witch's Tale, A Witch's Wish, Black Sigil, Dynasty Warriors, Flower Sun and Rain, Mage Knight Destiny's Soldier, n+, Time Ace

Lol, nope not at all...the voucher was just for signing up to get an email from microsoft to notify me that the system will be available to pre order.  There was never any stipulation that I would have to preorder it once available.

And I had played Alan Wake before, and I did enjoy it so I know that the purchase was well worth it, especially considering the full game itself was just $5.

As for MS, yeah I doubt there'd be a sequel for Alan Wake but as an old saying goes "hope for the best but expect the worst" lol

Custom Painted N64 I'm working on as a gift. Felt the need to show it off
Really wish I had set up a little paint booth and hung that. Krylon really does not like to come off skin.

haha that was accidental. I had a different color scheme in mind, but my hardware store didn't have suitable colors in krylon fusion
Picked this out on the fly. Now It's growing on me, and am seriously tempted to make myself one.

Also considering wiring red LEDs to the bottom so there a red glow when you plug it in, and maybe change the power LED to blue or white. (krylon fusion takes 7 days for full cure. I have time to screw with it before I'm willing to ship it.)

Nice!  Those are hard to come by these days.

Quick tip from experience, they're EXTREMELY brittle, so be very careful not to over-tighten the screws.  You'll snap the screw bosses with almost no effort :(

Noted. I just finished clear casing my Wii a few days ago. It sucked because the one triwing screwdriver I had stripped with only a few screws left to reassemble. I've since gotten some more, but I hated having open holes while I waited for new triwing bits.

Any special tools required for the PS1?

Finally ordered something I have been wanting for a long time...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=380648182773

Also, found a used Xbox 360 controller at a thrift store for $3.90.  It was marked as a Computer controller, but it is an official Microsoft 360 controller.  Even came with the play & charge kit.  I love it when people have no idea what they're selling.  Also grabbed a Sega Saturn turbo controller for a dollar, and a set of 2 wireless PS1 controllers (no analog sticks) for $4.
