WOOT! May 2013 pickups!

Well, my refurbished Sega Genesis II came in the mail today, along with my new 72-pin connector for the NES. I also got the 4.5mm screwdriver bit, finally enabling me to clean the few Genesis games I have so far.

Wooo. Just got my CIS and installed it. After cleaning the print heads a few times its running great. Messy as hell to install though.

It's a sealed system when you receive, you have to remove a plunger from the ink reservoir so the ink can flow.
All the instruction say is "we recommend having a couple paper towels on hand".
I carefully remove the first plunger, cyan ink literally rockets 3+ ft in the air.

So yea I just got trolled pretty hard by the CIS manufacturer

Wel I made an unboxing video of it too, but I think I'm going to edit the hell out of it because I sounded like a fucktard lol. It was my first video. Kinda strange that I get that nervous but I'm ok with playing live on stage with my band...

Well I've been wanting to get back into the Turbo-Grafx for a while now that the number of Genesis games I have to own is getting to a very small number. I've been searching ebay for a while now and found this one really cheap with no hookups or controller. Got it for $33.

 One of the few systems I dont have but want......at a low, reasonable, managable price........I hate you....

Meeting a guy tomorrow to grab a bunch of Sega Master System stuff.

2 Consoles, lots of accessories and games.  Apparently both consoles still work.

Hoping to resell one of the consoles and end up breaking even plus keep a Master System and some games.

I haven't seen any photos so it could be a good pickup or could not be

Got the Sega stuff.  Kind of a mixed bag.

Got 2 systems - 1 will only boot sometimes and only when there is no cart in it.  It goes right to hang on safari hunt about half the time. Sometimes it just displays a blank screen and sometimes it does a black screen with a random sound that won't stop.

3 controllers.  Down button on one of them doesn't work.

2 control sticks

3 phaser guns.  Dont have the proper tv to test them on. I'm assuming at least one of them doesn't work because I can't see why you would ever need 3 of them.

2 sets of 3d glasses both work but each missing an arm - each set is missing the opposite arm so hopefully I can make one pair of functioning glasses with 2 arms.

Hopefully I can get the second console working.  I've already taken it  a part as seen in the photo and gave it a quick clean on the connectors but to no avail.  If anyone has any ideas let me know.

I preordered that figure as well. It was hard deciding between the brown one or this blue one, but I opted for the blue. I actually download the game last night since it's free to play, and I am kinda liking it. The controls are awful when you compare them to WOW. Then I realized Lineage II came out 2003, damn it's old. Did you preorder from AmiAmi? Because that's where I am getting it from.

Also what in the hell are those two Zelda games you guys are gushing about? I am super curious.

Grats on Sega Master System haul, I don't own that console, but it has Space Harrier so it must be kewl.

Yes AmiAmi. I use them for all my game imports since they are normally cheaper than Play-Asia

I picked up a copy of Kingdom Hearts 3D at Best Buy this morning for $10.  Also, found a copy of Resident Evil Revelations on clearance at Target for $10 as well.

Hey, Resident Evil Revelations is a great game!
If your going to play through it though I highly suggest the circle pad attatchment. Makes gameplay way more smooth.
