WOOT! May 2013 pickups!

Over the last week or so I have traded in a bunch of controllers and games for various systems and some games and an extra N64 system at two different local shops around me. Some of the games were duplicates and some were games I received in a lot and had no use for them. I received a total of $180 trade credit and got all of this in return. (I had to pay $1.09 at one store and have $.30 credit still at the other)

Meeting a guy tomorrow to grab a bunch of Sega Master System stuff.

2 Consoles, lots of accessories and games.  Apparently both consoles still work.

Hoping to resell one of the consoles and end up breaking even plus keep a Master System and some games.

I haven't seen any photos so it could be a good pickup or could not be

I need to catch up on my May pick ups, so here's what I got so far:

Now that Goozex is alive again I've been getting trades in:


Now on my weekend trip to Michigan I was finally able to get myself a 2600!  I found this one on CL in fantastic condition for only $50. It even has the original manuals:


Then I found Dishonored for just $20 brand new at Meijer, Little Big Planet 2 Special Edition was just $10 from Best Buy last week, and I grabbed Star Wars Pod Racer for about $2 at a thrift shop too:


And anybody that digs Fallout 3 might like this. At the same thrift shop I picked up some great 1940's tunes on CD for about $9 for the lot:


So all in all it's been a pretty good month.

So all in all it's been a pretty good month. 

I really enjoyed the Fallout 3 soundtrack, listening to cheerful music helped me get though those scary metro stations.
