Hey, I could use scans of these games, The covers on the site are crap for most of them, others have no cover.

ahhhh wish I had a scanner! If I did I'd totally do it.

Oh! I didn't even notice that, that is very rare (from what I understand there was an issue and you could trade in black cart for the fixed grey cart) Obviously $30 is an amazing price with that and Conker.

Which version of the gray "Zelda" cart did you get? I've heard the rarest one is model NUS-CZGE-USA, because most of those were gold.

I got so jealous of you guys .-. ('good' jealous, don't worry, =P), ...here in Brazil the new games are too expensive, and the old games are overvalued, and at the end can be as expensive as a new game .-. well, at least I think next week I gonna have some money, so I'll have something to post here too =P.
Something, something about future;

Shoot, I thought I had it haha.

Well then again, pics of my score would of helped.  Regardless, that's an awesome haul Obbie, I just got my Conker's for trading in 50 bucks of games, so you made out big time!

Which version of the gray "Zelda" cart did you get? I've heard the rarest one is model NUS-CZGE-USA, because most of those were gold.

they're the NUS-CZLE-USA.. the pawn shop in town has 2 more grey and 1 gold.. i'm gonna head in there tomorrow and see which versions the grey are.. i have all but the one you mentioned.. hopefully i luck out and find it there.. he's asking 10 a piece for them.

and as far as the other games go.. the reason i offered him 30 is because i knew how much Conker's is worth.. my buddy Erick then tells me about the Rage Wars cart after i sent him that pic.. the guy told me that he stored these games away in a box a little while after he bought his PS2.. so i'm guessing he actually sent his black cart in for this one.. i'll have to ask him at work tomorrow morning.

and another thing.. is it just me or does it seem like a lot of the OOT labels end up looking like this one somehow? both of my grey carts are worn looking like this.. don't get me wrong.. it looks cool as hell.. but i've yet to see a grey cart that isn't PC that isn't worn.. lol

Yeah, that gold ink doesn't get along with the grease from human hands, and N64 labels were printed without the aid if dye sublimation unlike SNES games, so that's what happens :(

No prob.

Something I forgot to mention about this specific issue is that the gold ink actually contains metallic elements (hence why it's metallic gold :P), and because of that it CANNOT be absorbed by the paper that it's printed on.  So, that means it's forever floating on the surface of the paper, waiting for some greasy fingers to essentially just rub it off.  Now if Nintendo hadn't gotten all cheap-ass on us and used dye sublimation...

Well spent way more then I wanted today but decided to take a trip to the Flea Market even though the weather wasn't the greatest. This also is a bit of a precursor to some of the stuff I'm working on getting or will be getting later this week.

Up first are these Atari 5200 controllers. Working on a trade for a system right now and I've been eyeballing these the last few weeks. The trakball controller looked new and still had the plastic cover on the metal trim and the two joysticks seemed quite firm but I do know that these controllers tend to get a bit of a bad rep. I also got Galaxian for the system pictured further down all for a total of $35. A tad high but about the right price for a Trakball controller in this condition.

Next up is this Turbo-Stick for the Turbo-Grafx 16. Just won an auction for a cheap system the other night so I found this today at the Flea Market. Just gotta work on getting some games now.

Finally, as seen here is Galaxian. I also picked up Gunstar Heroes for $25 which is around what I was wanting to pay and I also found Resident Evil: Revelations for the 3ds on clearance at target for $9.98. I don't have a system but it seemed cheap enough so I grabbed it.

Later this week should be some fun posts if everything I'm getting works out.
