--- Quote from: Azazell0 on May 02, 2013, 05:48:24 AM ---I'll kick off my May with a NES game I wanted for a long time for my collection and I think it's one of the best games release for the system:

I played this for the first time on my Wii a couple days ago and really had fun playing as each of the 4 characters; definitely one of the best NES games ever.

I know, right? It's such a shame Little Samson wasn't more popular in its time and now it's so expensive many people can't afford an original cart. But at least it's on virtual console for all to enjoy.

Also, this is technically April, but I forgot to take a picture. Bought a CIB Mega Drive II + 2 controllers + 4-player adapter + games, all in their original boxes and in mint condition for about 100 €. I have more games coming in but I'll post them when they arrive. Mind you, I have always been a Nintendo kid and only one of my friends had Sega, so I only delved into Sega games when I was an adult. So now I get to / have to pick up all the classics for this console too!

And ^^^ rkoredux getting Genesis CIB's for 2,99 ... I'm so jealous for you Amuricans for having such a vibrant used game selling culture. And having such a large country to find games in.

JDavis:
Alright, mostly April stuff here, but I just got around to taking pics, so:

A blurry pic, but Injustice: Gods Among Us for XBox 360, which I preordered so I got a t-shirt with the game's logo on the front...

... And the Joker's face on the inside. Basically, it's this sort of thing:

Crazy Castle 2 I bought off a friend for a couple bucks. iCade 8-bitty I bought for use with my iPod touch... but there's not much for it. Tempted to jailbreak the thing and put emulators on it.

Most importantly:

The Sega Genesis and Sega CD with no cables that I posted about in the eBay thread.

Despite my hopes, it is really not in pristine condition.

Some sort of residue on the CD lid... stickers, perhaps? ???

The Genesis itself (which I don't need) is in okay condition, with some scuffs and some definite need of cleaning. There's also something rattling around inside. Probably a penny. :-\

Besides cleaning, the actual plastic on much of the area between the system and the CD add-on has these little... wounds all over it. I'm not even sure how this could have happened with the two things attached to each other. :-X

Also, I realize as I'm posting it that the metal plate there is supposed to be screwed into the Genesis. It was not, although the Genesis does have the screw in it. ???

And the two RF shields are missing, but whatever.

The underside is the worst. The "IF YOU NEED HELP!" sticker is basically gone, the adjoining plate for the base expansion thing is rusting, and the whole thing is just filthy. :'(

But! The thing works! ... With audio CDs, anyway! I don't have any Sega CD games to test yet. I might burn one just to check.

Don't know about the Genesis itself, because I just hooked it up to the one I already have. :P

Lastly! Not a game, but certainly game related:

The name's Davis. JDavis.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got a system add-on to clean...
