PSone will not power on...

I just picked up a PSone the small redesign version and it will not power on I've tried different cords etc still no luck anyone have any ideas what it could be or how to fix it?

Could be a fuse or capacitor issue within.

true could be didn't think about that do you know anything about replacing them or figuring out which one it could be?
