Many of you have used UGCs to store your gameboys and such, but I would be more interested in displaying them.

Now, I frequent this pawnshop, and they use this display stand device that holds one handheld/phone. I can't seem to find them anywhere online, and I don't know if they have a specific name. They are especially great for the original gameboy advance, DS models, and PSP/VItas because of their long horizontal shapes. For other gameboy models, they would be placed side.

Now there is another option and it's quite whimsical. The problem is, it can't hold a 3dsXL but maybe it can hold other handheld that closely resemble an original 3ds model.

Thing is we have more than one handheld right? It would be weird to have all these Mario stands holding one handheld each and it would be costly. Now if there were a Luigi, Toad, Wario, Princess model, then each one would get a handheld, but alas.

So I think the best bet would be those display holders I mentioned that I saw in the Pawnshop. It's just plastic, but maybe there are some that are more stylish.

Maybe perhaps something like this?

3DS has it's own official display/charging station: http://www.google.fi/images?hl=fi&q=3ds+charging+cradle&gbv=2&gs_l=heirloom-hp.3.7.0l10.4406.9578.0.16109.6.6.0.0.0.0.94.501.6.6.0...0.0...1ac.1.uMi1LJQsvbM&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ei=i4x6UaSdFYSp4ATgiID4Bg&ved=0CBoQsAQ

I think these are also available for other handhelds and console cotrollers.

And yes I too prefer this display style over UGC storaging.

OK perfect, the charging station for the 3ds would serve two purposes. Just to confirm does it work on the XL? I only see one picture demonstrating that.

Oh since you mentioned controllers, for Wii controllers this has worked for me quite well. I have two Wii Remotes with their condoms on and they fit snuggly. Adding more than two sheathed Wii remotes makes it look awkward.

That looks quite sleek and simplistic. If there were just a picture showing it hold a game handheld, took get a better idea of it. Stock photo doesn't help me visualize it.

3DS XL has it's own charging station.
