Making nintendo-mania into a site like the tcp

Okay so I've had a few requests from wiggy and others that nintendo mania should be like the cover project so I'm going to ask any of you who would like to help make it. I have limited skills when it comes to this so I will need some help from anyone willing to. Please tell me what you would like to see from the forum and hopefully we can get started from there. Mbgood helped before hopefully someone can help again.

- Better working upload system for starters, so I (we) can more easily up and maintain covers that can't be hosted on TCP.
- Better stuctured cover section. Covers now go where ever.

The first things to look in to would be storage space and bandwidth capacity.
