"Prices Firm"- even with a fair price, if you don't want to haggle you don't want to sell. "I looked up the price on ebay." - if you want that price sell it there. "bought it for $XXX"- not my problem and its worth less now (often see them still listing it for how much you can buy it new) "want to trade *something cheaper* for *something more*- saw a guy asking to trade a WiiU for a xbone or you could buy it for $300 "*==RARE==* NES game" - it's duckhunt/mario "SELLING I KNOW HOW MUCH ITS WORTH!"- Caps don't make it worth more grandma "no low-balls/serious inquires only" - no inquires if i see this. "nintendo DSi $150 with 10 games" - games are barbie/sports --- End quote --- I'm pretty sure we all feel the same way. My favorite recently, said "$150, OBO." At the end of the listing, it said "price is firm." ??? |

Yeah, I'm 100% with you. On the other end, you've got dummies who say "$75, but the lowest I'll take is $60". So, um, I'm obviously NOT going to pay $75 for this since you've already done some of the haggling with yourself LOL! |

I don't want emails back and forth. I don't want to haggle. You either want it at my price or you don't. It really eliminates all the time wasters. |

Sellers with high prices that constantly refresh their listings pretty much stink. There are so many of the same ads that have been listed for months that get refreshed everyday. I finally took a stab at this DS lot that's been listed for months now. The seller accused me of lowballing for offering $35 for all 4 Mario games: http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/vgm/4819353855.html Ads like this are super common. I've lost motivation to search craigslist: http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/vgm/4848692659.html That, and whenever a good ad does pop up it's liking drop chum in a shark tank. There's a big nerd frenzy and it seems like to have any chance of scoring you have to respond within milliseconds and be ready to drive wherever, cash in hand, and hope that someone doesn't swoop in and take it before you show up. Not worth it. |

I'd personally regard that as a lowball offer myself to be honest. |
