Craigslist: the good, the bad, & the DERP!

They're asking $180, but I could probably negotiate some if I went in the store. Is this a deal worth looking in to?
Edit: Pricechart says it's a pretty good deal, but has controllers valued at $83 a piece which doesn't seem right. eBay says it's not a great deal

A working Jaguar with one controller and all cables shouldn't be more then about $100. An extra controller should be about $15 to $20. None of those games are big name games , so they shouldn't go for more then $10 each, except maybe Raiden.
Doesn't seem to be that good of a deal to me unless he is willing to deal.
***EDIT***
I should clarify that he seems to be asking market price and, in my opinion, a good deal would be well under market. That's why I don't think it's a good deal unless he is willing to come down on the price.

20-25 usually the going rate for Raiden.

The title caught my eye – this seems kinda suspicious to me, because I've never heard or seen anything about this. Is this legit? (Not planning on buying it, just wondering!)
