Lol, maybe, but I can see the benefit of this...it will help weed out people who aren't really serious about purchasing or discouraging having someone meet up with them just to rob them of the items.  I've always preffered to meet in public places and a couple times that I had to meet up at a person's house I never accepted their invitation inside lol.  My excuse being if they're willing to show me that it works when I'm there...I'll take their word for it haha

I dunno what prices are like in PAL-land (hell I barely know what they are like here in the states 3/4ths of the time) but I personally wouldn't bite.  It's not a terrible deal, but doesn't really strike me as a very good one either.  But that's me.

Average value for the games are $90, $40, $30 and $10 (in order), so if he's asking more than $170 for the lot, it's too high.  Personally I'd offer around $140 as lowballing/heavy negotiating on craigslist doesn't seem to work too well (in my own humble experience, anyway).  But if the guy is desperate he may go lower.  Hopefully he isn't aware of what he has.
