You may be able to find a better deal online, I got it recently for $60 without manual.
HAGGLE! It's not a bad price, but see if you can do better.

I dont really blame the guy. Some guy he knows was like "yeah and xbox one is like 500 bucks" and the dudes like, "I got an xbox one lying around somewhere" not knowing it is the first generation xbox.

Seriously?!  Are people incapable of haggling or do they seriously think that I'll just maker my own counter-offer on an item that I'm selling?  I posted a price.  That's my offer.  Want to pay less?  Then offer a lower number.  Jeebus Cripes.

I'm thinking he might've gotten the limited edition release and sold off the box and contents...meanwhile he played the game to his hearts content and now he doesn't want the game anymore.  While it could be gamestop, I doubt it in this cause seeing as how they have plenty of 3ds games used with the box

I'm thinking he just stole it from some place or someone.  Not super easy to conceal a whole case, but SUPER easy to pocket a huge handful of DS carts :-\

Once again, eBay prices have returned. Geez, if this guy was unsuccessful with selling it the first 10 times at that price, does he really think anyone will buy it still?

It could be a phising ad. There are some of those in my area advertising a $80 WiiU with games or NES with lots of good games for $50. When I text or email I get a response like this: "sorry, I just sold the item, but I can tell you that I just won mine for CHEAP at this auction website: XXXXXXX.com"
or some crap like that..

I've gotten responses even less subtle than that. I say I'm interested, get a response to the effect of 'this item and more at XXXXXXXXXX.com'
