Craigslist: the good, the bad, & the DERP!

I got some good deals on craiglist but i had to go through all the crap. picked up a Japanese psone with about 20+ games couple being biohazrd director cut, biohazard 2, FF7, FF tatcis and Einhander. but my best deal was a neo-geo arcade cabinet for 150, had to drive almost 2 hrs for it but it was well worth it.

I will def be on the lookout. Super Nintendo is my fave system for pickups so I'm always looking for this stuff. I'll find more

A guy in my area is selling an X-arcade 2 player tankstick w/o the trackball for $80

Although I'm not sure how I feel about having such a huge thing.  Is it worth owning one?

i built an arcade around mine and i love it. if your a fan of arcade style play, than i would say it is worth it. If you dont play many fighting games or shooters its harder to justify.

Hmm...yeah, I do love playing shmups and fighters with a stick :/ but just that I don't always have a 2nd person next to me to make full use of the 2 player feature.  I dunno...I'd love to have it but it's uses would be limited.  I'll probably just pass on it and if it's still available after a few weeks then I'll just take it as a sign to buy it lol.

I have one with the Xbox converter... Use it with my MAME Xbox, really awesome and I hope to use it with a Cab eventually.  It's really cool as its fully customizable.  You can switch out the buttons / sticks and such.

If you have the room , i say yes. always fun to drink with friends and kick the crap out of each other on samurai showdown or any arcade system for that matter. plus its just really cool to have in your man cave.

Well I contacted the guy and told him I wanted to buy it.  Unfortunately I cant pick it up till monday or tuesday...

But yeah, im actually a bit excited now so hopefully he wont get any other offers...and down the line ill eventually mod it for use with consoles so I dont have to use different adapters and wires

I picked these boxes with no games up. If anyone wants me to scan anything or wants some boxes hit me up. A lot of the boxes are complete minus the game. Unfortunately, Killer Instinct doesn't have a manual or Killer Cuts, but everything else is there.
