You'd probably want to hold off on making an offer until you know exactly what you're getting. Maybe drive down or get a list.

So I replied to this one and the guy agreed to sell the games seperately for $15.  :)

Then I met him in the parking lot of his apartment complex only to find out I was buying games from a nazi. The dude had a very obvious "SS" tattoo on the side of his head, and I couldn't help but stare at it the entire time.
