We would like to have more activities that we can do in common, and sense I grew up playing original Nintendo games, we decided that it would be cool if we were able to play them together. Another challenge to overcome is that, beyond not being video-game literate, she also has a slightly below average knowledge of sports, so be prepared to teach/give a little basic sport orientation for each sporting game.

The first batch of games will be: RBI Baseball; Ring King; Blades of Steel; along with Kung Fu and Elevator Action. I anticipate likely adding additional titles as well, both on Nintendo as well as other game systems, such as Call of Duty on X Box 360.

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, though not necessary.

I will test her skills on each game before money changes hands.

Not sure which is more surprising to me...seeing an actual catbox on craigslist, or NBA Jam listed at $70.

Seeing a Catbox is like seeing a Skunkboard on Craigslist. That's definitely not something that pops up, but for the price he's asking, I wonder if anyone in St Louis will bite.

I won't post the link since it's from Facebook, and many won't be able to access the page, but a local police station in my area just announced that they now have two "internet purchase exchange" locations at our local police stations. The areas are meant for people who agree to make purchases or exchanges online. It's meant to be a safe location at a police station in a well lit area with 24 hour video surveillance. Kind of a neat idea.
