I would like to run a feature story in our Magazine on The Cover Project.

Anyone have any ideas as to whom we should interview for the story?

Thanks,

Tom

ARSEEN, BADCHAD, WIGGY come to mind as people of interest. They are most active. And the story... Good covers gone bad!

Thanks for the info. Does anyone have contact info for the site owner?

I guess who you interview would be dependent on what your article is about.

If it's about our purpose / history / making covers / goals etc then I would suggest one of the admins. TikTekTak, Snowcone or myself have been around since the beginning. Snowcone can be very difficult to get a hold of though.

PM me what you are after and I can point you in the right direction :)

Well, actually shenske would probably be the best to interview as he made all the templates that not only became a standard on the cover project but have been taken and used by many cover project imitators.

Yeah shenske would be a good choice. I won't be available for an interview. In my book
thecoverproject doesn't need more publicity.

We are already kind of going down the drain with shitloads of new and partially useless people
around. Quite some of the oldtimers which made our project great have gone due to this.

So......
2 + 3 = 23

Somewhat agree, however its a catch 22. More people means more community and more 'potential" to get new covers etc and on the flip side more people means more attention which you can see how well that has gone when you consider the ebay selling cases frenzy and the new users with their first post being "i need these 61912 covers done asap please"

^^^ I'm with you. 6 of one, half a dozen of another.

We do have some really great newer members like Segamer who cranks requests out like no other.   Not to mention that people coming and going over time is natural.

I do understand tiktektak's point of view, as here are quite many members who's sole purpose is to annoy.
Not annoy enough to warrant deletion but close...

TicTacToe's forwardness might seem abrasive at times, but that's what makes him so good in bed  ::)
