I knowthat you are speaking to Arseen but I can help you. NOE = Nintendo of Europe which is headquartered in Deutschland, thus NOE usually signifies a German localization. vide SFRG too. I usually type NOE for German since DEU is not used.

Nintendo of Europe GmbH

versus
Nintendo of America

Happy Happy Joy Joy  :D I was hoping that you had a Buster NOE manual. I have a low res pdf copy of the US. I want to make a USA and NOE manual for us to accompany the Wacky Sports Challenge manual that I will make. Thank You.

Regarding NOE version, it is okay if you do not have it. Also, if the EUR version is too large for you to scan, then just scan the smallest manual that you have. I am happy to have a copy, so I am not picky. Thank x googolplex.

I asked about NOE Blackhawk because I have a scan of the NOE box. I could remake both of them for us. No worries.

Arseen:

Sorry have to postpone scanning few days, today was way too buzy to anything.

Monday probably.
