First of all hello the cover project users im new

I was interested that there was a different cover that was not like the one i had and i thought this one was much cooler than this

This got me to thinking if there was a website like the cover project for dvd covers in case you thought a different cover was much cooler or you only had a disc. Im not a crazy dvd collector but i could see this put to use for alot of people including my self i just want to know if a website like this exists

You looking for something like this?

I use www.cdcovers.cc all the time. For this one I searched Shawshank Redemption and it is the one labeled The Shawshank Redemption R1. Then click on the link on the bottom that says Front and save as when it loads the image.

Edit: I think I read that wrong, you are looking for this:

Either way that site is great for DVDs

Last I heard, Snowcone (the owner of The Cover Project) wasn't interested in making a site like this himself because the MPAA is much more intensely focused on copyright than the game companies. Also, the ease of DVD piracy puts them in less comfortable legal ground compared to video game covers.

a noble effort - a lot of movies with perfectly good posters end up getting ugly slapped-together covers
case in point[EDIT: Fuck all unregistered upload services. just have a look at the posters for beauty & the beast, aladdin & the secret of nimh]

dvd tho? i can see wanting a huge database to pick out a few replacement covers but i can't imagine working to make that database. not when blu-ray is the new go-to media and a lot of people will pick a digital download over that.

Also looking for DVD/Blu Ray covers.

When i lived in an apartment i had minimal space and tossed some DVD cases to keep the discs loose in a binder, now i'd like to case some titles back up.

Anyone come across a resource for this ever?

Thanks!

EDIT:  Just found this.....Not bad!!

I would also state that the bandwidth needed to host DVD / Bluray / 4K covers would also significantly increase Snowcone's monthly cost for upkeep

CustoManiacs dude, nothing better for DVD/Bluray. However they work on a credit system so you'll have to either submit some stuff or buy some. $5 Can you get you quite a lot, and almost all of their covers are amazing quality, most rebuilt from scratch. They also have a ton of customs, so it's worth it. :)

On the same note, R1DB.com works the same way and I use it all the time.

Thanks guys, favorited both those sites.  I'd say between the three those are ample resources in the DVD/Bluray dept.

Cheers'
