I agree to not challenge the issue, just reup.
I highly doubt that it is a legitimate complaint. Nintendo licenses most titles, so the developer would be the one to file a complaint.
Besides, Nintendo is a cool company. Nintendo does not waste its time pursuing fan art complaints like the NFL. As long as you aren't posting  content about new games, then you should not worry about it. SNES is an old system and many developers for the system no longer exist or have been purchased by another company. I once posted a complaint about Opera browser in a forum and a board member responded. lol. Ya never know, maybe a Nintendo employee is a member of this forum.

I had a similar complaint a few years ago about Castlevania. I stole the raw scan from a Spanish forum. I believe that the complaint came from the box scanner. Nintendo is a mature company that does not seek to punish its customers. I would be surprised if Nintendo filed such a complaint about an old game.

At first I thought you were complaining that the N wasn't capitalized. Then I looked again. Two "T"s and no D. It's fake. Nice catch.

Thank you but I don't think that will happen.

One of the requisitions is first to reach Cover Guru and to reach that you must first prove the skill to make flawless covers, and that I lack.

I basicly start to have some skill, but to improve i need better computer that does not choke every time I try to make covers.

Besides if they trusted my judgement they could give me the cover adding permission as Special Forum Admin too.

And besides if Mediafire deletes a file you can simply reupload it again.
Worst that happens is that they shut your account down, and you just make new or swirch to Box.

If you were given permission to be a cover administrator, would you want the job? Or do you feel it would be too much for you?

Actually only difference to my current status would be abilty to access upload que and approve covers.
So no extra work almost at all.
Of course I'd then would have to fix the covers instead of nagging about the flaws... but then we ran again into the crappy computer...

Now THAT was a good one. Approving and especially perfectionizing covers is the most work in this whole project.

Like I said before I do scrutanize the covers on boards already. ;) And been warned few times for exsessive posting while doing it. 8)
I've basicly scared away one member and almost 2 others as I have asked for fixing of covers in search of perfection (sometimes exceeding the standarts of the site). ;D
I admid that I do not do or fix covers as I lack the skill, and can't really practice before I get better computer, which might still be far away as buying CIB stuff for raws eats all my extra money.
But when I get better computer I'll start making covers more honing my skills.

So I do think that approving covers would not raise my work load too much, but CA status would give me power to say for new cover makers: If you want your cover submitted DO THIS.
Looking at you one quite new member... he knows who I mean.

Didnt even catch that T instead or a D.

I think I took the cover art from the one posted here, and converted it to the audio cassette template.

and I added other images 'like the skulls & Pit' that I scanned from the manual.

I ll give it a few more weeks & then I will re up load it.  If anyone wants it in the mean time just let me know and I can PM it to you.

Also on Arseen becoming a CA, I forward it.  I always consult his list before I check the ones posted here.  (and sometimes the ones made on the forums are better then the ones posted.)
